It is just hardly 5 months since her delivery and Bebo has already lost 12 kilos, say reports. She is gearing up for Rhea Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding for which she is on a weight loss spree. She plans on losing 8 kilos more to look fit for the role. Her fitness instructor, Anushka Parwani says that Kareena practices yoga every day and is not counting her kilos. Her focus is on strengthening her core muscles.

Anushka has designed a special workout routine for the Jab We Met star which she is diligently following. Apart from yoga, Bebo is also doing flying fits, a kind of aerial twists and pilates. Her instructor was quoted saying, “It’s not about jumping but holding postures. Kareena can hold position for up to two minutes which is an achievement. Her workout is tailor-made and we keep changing the routines. Post pregnancy, it’s been a lot more about balancing out hormones and the endocrine system.”

Experts say that one must follow holistic approach towards getting fit post-pregnancy. Do not tweak your diet or go on a rigorous exercise routine in haste. Consult your doctor or a fitness expert, they will give you the right advice.
