After turmeric, it’s cinnamon’ turns. Cinnamon is known to have many health benefits because of its medicinal properties, and when combined with milk the health benefits seem to double. How to make cinnamon milk?
Take 1 cup warm milk and add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder and drink or you can take pan and add milk and 1 inch piece of cinnamon. Boil and then add honey, strain and drink. It is better to have it before going to bed. Do not drink water after it.
