Epsom salt bath and weight loss
Epsom salt bath is an effective and a relaxed way to lose pounds. Researchers have found that during the bath our skin absorbs sulfate and magnesium, which help in reducing toxins in our body. This also heals skin and de-stresses you.  Studies suggest that lack of magnesium lead to high blood pressure, headaches and backaches, while sulfate deficiency causes body exhaustion. So the minerals absorbed during the bath help the body to function properly and maintain a perfect balance of minerals.
Nutrient deficiency or poor absorption of healthy nutrients, and emotional eating are some of the major reasons for weight gain. The nutrients, and their proper absorption, help in flushing out toxins from the body. This makes you energetic, lowers the chances of over eating, rejuvenates you and boosts your metabolism, together this leads to weight reduction.
