How to take Epsom salt bath
Fill the tub with warm water, and add about 400-500 grams of Epsom salt. Wait for few minutes so that salt gets dissolved completely. Then soak yourself for 20-25 minutes. You should start with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt, and then increase the quantity gradually. After the bath, drink lots of water. Some suggest a daily Epsom salt bath for weight loss, while others suggest only 3-4 baths per week. However, it is better to go by doctor’s advice. 

You can add variety to your bath, and enjoy the extra benefits:
Baking soda and Epsom salt: You need to add 2 cups each of baking soda and Epsom salt to warm water. It helps in weight loss, removes dead skin cells and excess body oil, and it detoxes you.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) and Epsom salt: Add 1 cup of Epsom salt and 2 cups ACV in warm water and soak yourself for about 30-40 minutes. It helps in weight loss, eases joint pain and muscle stress.
Essential oils and Epsom salt: Add 15-20 drops of your favourite essential oil with Epsom salt, soak yourself for 20-25 minutes and relax.
Ginger and Epsom salt: This mix is good way to reduce weight, flush out toxins from body and protect yourself from infections. Add 2-3 tablespoons of crushed gingers and 2 cups of Epsom salt and soak yourself for 20-30 minutes.

#Person suffering from diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease or with irregular heart beats should avoid Epsom salt bath
# Do not add more than 500-600 grams of Epsom salt
